About the role
- Trillium is looking for experienced, consistently profitable traders who are ready to scale their existing trading strategies.
- This is not an entry-level role, trainee program, or opportunity for candidates looking to break into trading.
- Candidates should not apply unless they have generated at least $1 million in cumulative trading P&L.
Responsibilities
- Manage risk effectively by monitoring market conditions, adjusting strategies, sizing positions appropriately, and maintaining compliance with firm-wide policies
- Maintain a disciplined trading process, including regular review of trades, market conditions, risk, and strategy performance
Requirements
- Must have a 2+ year track record of success in US Equities and be able to communicate your strategies plainly
- You are an experienced, motivated, and proactive trader looking to scale in a more sophisticated trading environment.

- A verifiable track record of trading profitability, including at least $1 million in cumulative trading P&L
- At least 2 years of successful active trading experience in US equities or options
- A clear, repeatable trading process
- Strong risk management discipline
- The ability to communicate trading strategies plainly and in detail
- A competitive, adaptable, and resilient mindset
