HB Studios is a driving force in the creation of sports video games and the studio behind PGA TOUR 2K Golf - presently working on Console and PC.
We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Location & Relocation This position is based onsite at our headquarters in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.

Manage daily workplace operations, acting as the primary point of contact for building management, maintenance requests, and general studio tidiness and upkeep.
Manage catering for team meetings and events, and ensure kitchen and office supplies are fully stocked and organized.
Manage employee expense reimbursements and oversee vendor invoice payments in a timely manner.
Collaborate with studio leadership and finance teams to assist with budgeting, reporting, and other operational tasks as needed.
Work with partners across 2k and T2 as needed.
Support with studio shipping & receiving.
Hands-on experience processing expenses, reviewing vendor contracts, and providing basic financial or budget support.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for building inclusive, positive workplace experiences.

Typically 2-4 years of experience in facilities, office management, or an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced or creative environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).

Participate in the Occupational Health & Safety committee and lead safety initiatives, checks, and reporting.

Support employee business travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation in alignment with company policies.
