Responsibilities
- Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world's money.
- Your primary focus will be to help develop scalable processes to identify and effectively manage financial crime risks across a range of existing and new product types, markets and integrations globally.
Requirements
- You have a minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial crime compliance, with a particular focus on correspondent banking and/or Banking as A Service (BaAS) program,
- You have a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks and explain them clearly to stakeholders.
- You have experience working across cross border payments, with specific experience in the US and Canadian markets.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, and are able to present on the Wise Platform product to regulators and/or auditors.
- You are legally authorized to work in the US.
- Be able to empathise and incorporate feedback into our internal processes as required.
- Be able to identify challenges to our regulatory permissions and work to unlock growth through new licenses as required.
