Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to each patient's needs Create and adjust treatment plans to support functional progress Work closely with nursing and therapy teams to coordinate care Complete documentation in line with facility and regulatory standards Build trust with patients through consistent, quality interactions
Nice to have
- Active California OT license SNF or rehab experience is a plus Solid clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach A team player who shows up with consistency and professionalism
Compensation
- $55k-$70k
