About the role

Responsibilities
- The Facilities III, DC is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
- May repair electrical locks and control panels to maintain building security.
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, walk, talk and hear.
- The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, grasp and perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions.
- The employee is frequently required to climb stairs, kneel/squat, bend and carry.
- Employee may be required to wear a headset covering one or both ears.
- Employee will be required to wear Personal protective equipment such as a Protective harness while operating equipment.
- Basic English literacy is required for operation of machines and necessary daily paperwork.
- The employee is occasionally required to work near conveyor systems.
Nice to have
- inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings, seals, etc.
- repair or replace broken parts.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements
- maintain all required HAZMAT records including maintenance.
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to management and internal customer inquiries and researches and resolves problems related to a facility's operational issues.
- May operate a computer which controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Assist with the renovation/remodeling of buildings
