About the role

  • Healthcare is changing, and local medical practices are caught in the middle.
  • They are trying to shift from a system that rewards the volume of procedures to one that rewards the quality of patient care-but navigating that shift is incredibly tough.That's where you come in.
  • You are the day-to-day anchor of these relationships, responsible for diving into the data, identifying performance gaps, and working hand-in-hand with doctors and healthcare executives.

Responsibilities

  • To truly partner with these clinics, we anticipate about 40% travel across the year.
  • This typically looks like 2-3 days a week of regional travel, though it fluctuates based on partner needs-some weeks will require more face time, while others will be lighter.
  • Develop project plans to ensure key organizational objectives are achieved.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with executive level communication - written and verbal
  • Demonstrated knowledge of value based care contracts across all patient types
  • Familiarity with process mapping and work-flow analysis tools.
  • Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% across the year within Delaware & Maryland.

Compensation

  • $90k-$100k
