About the role
- ITnova is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Order Librarian to join our aviation maintenance team supporting mission-critical rotary-wing aircraft operations. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling technical publications, manuals, directives, and controlled documents required to support safe and effective aircraft
- maintenance operations. The ideal candidate has experience with document control, technical publication management, and regulatory compliance, with a strong understanding of the importance of accurate, current, and accessible maintenance data. Responsibilities
- Maintains and manages technical publications, manuals, directives, and controlled documents used in support of maintenance operations.
- Maintains document control systems and ensures publication accountability in accordance with NAMP and local procedures.
- Assists with audits and inspections related to publications, document control, and maintenance program compliance.
Requirements
- High attention to detail, organization, and document accuracy is required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Must be able to read, interpret, and manage technical manuals, directives, and controlled documentation.
- Must be able to work in office, hangar, and maintenance support environments.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform prolonged computer work, as required.
- Must be able to lift and handle publications, binders, and files up to 25 pounds.
- Travel may be required.
- Supports maintenance and Quality Assurance personnel by providing access to required technical data and controlled publications.
- Coordinates removal of superseded materials and issue of updated publications, as required.
