Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, develop, and support the In-Room Dining team while maintaining Four Seasons service and cultural standards.
- Partner with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership to develop menus, amenities, and service offerings that reflect quality and value.
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and spirits offerings to support a luxury dining experience.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and operational excellence.

- About the Role Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center is seeking a Room Service Manager to lead our In-Room Dining operation and deliver exceptional dining experiences for hotel guests and residents.
- The Room Service Manager oversees daily operations, supports team development, and ensures the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction across our 24-hour in-room dining and private bar services.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment.
- Experience using hotel and restaurant systems such as MICROS, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, payroll, or labor management platforms.
- Support outlet operations as Manager on Duty when required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
- A guest-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and create memorable experiences.
