Nice to have

A 4-year college degree (Bachelor's) is preferred
however, candidates with a strong 2-year degree (Associate's) and a high GPA will be considered.

Compensation

$58,000-$65,000 (Base Salary, Bonus, Overtime)
Retention Bonuses: Up to $2,500 every 6 months for the first 18 months as part of our structured incentive program
