About the role

As Chief of Staff at Droyd, you will work closely with leadership to keep the company running smoothly.
This is a high-leverage operational role focused on driving cross-functional follow-through, keeping priorities aligned, coordinating important initiatives, and acting as a general-purpose operator across the business.
You will help make sure key work does not stall, important relationships stay warm, internal operations improve as the team grows, and leadership stays focused on the most important problems.

Drive cross-functional follow-through on company priorities
Support customer demo coordination and other time-sensitive operational needs
We design and manufacture our hardware in-house, which means iteration, fabrication, and execution all happen under one roof.
Can manage many moving parts without dropping details

Experience in operations, strategy, banking, consulting, startup generalist, or Chief of Staff roles
Experience supporting founders or senior leadership
Experience with recruiting coordination, onboarding, or customer operations
If we do this right, robots stop being demos and start being infrastructure.
