The Technician will work directly with our Utility Client's diverse, multi-lingual customer base.

Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Be a professional and enjoy customer service!
Climb ladders up to 10' and lift / carry 50 lbs.
Conduct installation of basic residential energy efficiency upgrades - training provided.
Provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications - training provided.
Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning, and effectiveness of products.
Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
Show experience or interest and ability to learn about home construction and HVAC equipment to be an effective educator on the topic.
Travel throughout a defined territory.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

To join our team as an Energy Efficiency Technician!
You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers.
You would be educating power utility customers on Energy Waste Reduction.
Install basic energy-efficient equipment, and inspect customers homes for insulation, air sealing, HVAC equipment and make recommendations for saving energy and money!
