About the role

  • The Manager, Pricing and Business Operations is responsible for executing pricing strategies and managing day-to-day pricing operations across excursions, land programs, and hotel packages.

Responsibilities

  • Apply dynamic pricing models and frameworks to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Review and validate pricing recommendations developed by pricing analyst(s) before execution
  • Lead and develop pricing analyst(s), ensuring high-quality analytical output and translating insights into actionable pricing decisions
  • Manage pricing operations, including weekly pricing reviews, reporting cadence, and decision tracking
  • Partner with Product, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Destination Agreements teams to ensure pricing decisions are aligned and executed effectively
  • Support competitive analysis by identifying market pricing gaps and opportunities
  • Support custom and group pricing requests with data-driven recommendations
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or related analytical field and at least 1 year of Supervisory experience.
  • Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • able to manage complex issues requiring deep investigation and cross-functional coordination.
