About the role
- The Metrology team Leader / Planner is responsible for leading and supporting
- This position will have interactions with Maintenance, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Engineering, Outside Contractors/Consultants, Instrument/Equipment Manufacturers, Industrial Operations and Research & Development departments.

Responsibilities
- In field calibrations and technician support
- Planning and scheduling support
- Create and implement a schedule (as per Scheduling Manager)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Working knowledge of IndySoft, SAP, Microsoft Office and iLearn
- Proper handling and use of required standards and tools

- Lead will also participate in the development and implementation of the site training program for Instrument Technicians and will provide guidance to technicians in the field.
- Metrology scheduling support and parts procurement will be within the responsibilities of this position.
- This position reports to and supports the scheduling manager of Metrology who is ultimately responsible to maintain current calibration of and ensure the efficient, effective and reliable operation of all instruments on site.

- Calibration, installation, trouble-shooting and repair of temperature, pressure, speed, level, conductivity, pH, chlorine, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity measurement, control and recording systems.
