About the role

  • Automate processes using Power Automate when appropriate.
  • Communicate clearly to translate technical findings for both technical and non‑technical audiences, including leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT data pipelines.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models using Python.
  • Apply strong technical skills and a mission‑focused mindset to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and design solutions for Federal clients.
  • Leverage tools such as Python, SQL, LLMs, and Tableau and platforms such as Databricks to develop products and solutions.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, adapt solutions to mission needs, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Support internal initiatives and business development including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively identify opportunities to add value to the client, and drive initiatives and innovation.
  • Ability to develop and conduct technical training.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Proficiency in connecting data sources and wrangling data using Python.

Nice to have

  • THREE (3) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working in Databricks.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and statistical methods.
  • Understanding of Natural Language Processing.
  • Familiarity with Databricks platform for conducting data science.
  • Familiarity with development involving APIs.
  • Ability to learn new software tools.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and present technical solutions, insights, and results to technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
