About the role
- The Data Center Construction Scheduler is responsible for supporting the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale data center construction projects.
- This role ensures that all phases of construction are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with budgetary and resource constraints.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules.
- Analyze schedule impacts due to design changes, field conditions, or delays and propose mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate scheduling meetings and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain alignment on milestones and deliverables.
- Support earned value analysis, productivity tracking, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of construction processes, phases, and typical sequencing, especially in MEP-intensive environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, with at least 2 years on data center or mission-critical facility projects.
Compensation
- $90k-$110k
