- Corteva has an exciting opportunity for an Intellectual Property Legal Assistant in Indianapolis, IN.
- In this role, you will work in conjunction with Intellectual Property (IP) attorneys, agents, and other legal assistants.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file documents for both foreign and domestic patent and trademark authorities.
- Prepare and maintain docket reports for the trademark team, patent attorneys and agents to ensure accurate procedural workflow.
Requirements
- You have at least a High School diploma/GED.
- You have at least three years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm or a corporation.
- You have a high level of efficiency, accuracy, flexibility, organization and excellent attention to detail.
- You are well versed in Adobe, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- You are highly engaged in your work
- After training is complete this position has the ability to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
- Experience with docketing software.
- Experience with document management systems.
Compensation
