- Food Handler Certificate & Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate.
- If you do not currently hold these, you will be required to obtain within the first 60 days of employment.
- Basic knowledge of computer-based documentation systems
- Understanding of good food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety and sanitation rules

Benefits
- At least 1 year of dietary/cook experience in a healthcare facility or commercial/central kitchen (preferred)
- We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area.
- These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
