Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Epic Client System Administrator, your work at Tegria will focus on providing advanced technical leadership in the design, deployment, optimization, and support of Epic client systems across a multi-client shared services environment.
  • ECSA leads complex troubleshooting, establishes technical standards, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with application, hosting, networking, and security teams to ensure highly reliable, secure, and scalable Epic environments for consulting clients.
  • Experience in an enterprise environment, shared services model, or multi-client support preferred.

Nice to have

  • Additional Epic module certifications (e.g., Hyperspace configuration, technical services) preferred.

Skills

  • Establish documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures for deployments, configurations, and shared services workflows.
  • Provide advanced guidance for access provisioning, environment security settings, and compliance with HITRUST and HIPAA controls.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to high-priority incidents requiring senior-level expertise.
  • Contribute to technology roadmaps, scalability planning, and continuous improvement of shared Epic infrastructure.
  • Performs other generally related duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Information Systems, or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically, 5+ years of technical support, system administration, or healthcare
  • At least 4 years of ECSA experience in a healthcare or consulting environment.
