Leverage defined PMO process best practice and toolset standards to both support achievement of program objectives and enable project teams to successfully execute projects,
Guide project leads and teams through project scope, objective, and approach definition including ownership of tasks and timeline to complete related tasks,
Partner with project leads and cross-functional project teams to build right-sized plans to meet defined project objectives,
Execute against established processes to monitor project execution, risks & issues, and support change management efforts,
Manage a Continuous Improvement framework to align Program Owners and stakeholders on program improvement efforts, which includes collecting feedback on the program toolset and processes and executing delivery of all aspects of program enhancements.

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years experience working knowledge of advanced concepts with project management approaches, tools and methodologies.
Demonstrated working knowledge/experience with functions assigned (Channels, Portfolio, etc)

Work a hybrid schedule out of the Zebra facility in Lincolnshire
Stakeholder management

Key Skills and Competencies
Intermediate to advanced presentation skills. Demonstrated comfort in presenting to mid to senior level cross functional audiences
Intermediate to advanced skills with project / portfolio management software (e.g., Smartsheet)
Intermediate to advanced skills in PC based documentation tools including MS Office

$108,960.00 - $163,440.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
