- We are seeking a highly technical, precision-oriented Assistant Controller to join our small and high-performing accounting team.
- Our capital structures and entity frameworks feature numerous owners, distinct investment vehicles, complex debt instruments, and layered syndication models.
Responsibilities
- Own the accounting lifecycle for property acquisitions, syndication deals, and dispositions, including managing intercompany transactions, loan/mortgage modules, and continuous process optimization.
- Manage investor-related capital ledgers and data flows, executing accurate Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and investor distribution processing while serving as the primary liaison to Investor Relations.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, featuring a deliberate mix of public accounting foundational training and private sector application (PE, VC, startup, or complex corporate environment)
- Deep proficiency in Excel and an aptitude for leveraging modern accounting tech stacks
