About the role

Gather customer insights and market trends to refine the product roadmap.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
Work with marketing and sales teams to create value propositions and product launch plans.
UI/UX Design & User Research
Lead UX/UI strategy, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Manage product development using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Work with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and execute sprints.
Drive alignment between business needs, user expectations, and technical feasibility.
Use A/B testing and iterative design to improve product experience.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
