Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps focused on canvassing, events and direct marketing (fairs, festivals, home shows)
- Drive team performance against lead generation and appointment-setting goals
- Track performance, ensure lead quality, and maintain accurate reporting
- Support hiring and foster a positive, high-energy team culture
- Training and ongoing support from an experienced marketing team
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions
- Proven ability to build, coach, and motivate teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and in event environments
- Basic technology experience; mobile devices, tablets, industry specific software CRMs
Compensation
- for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position.

- $47,680 - $77,000 depending on performance
- Full time hours- 32-40 per week

- We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Outside Sales Team Lead to lead our direct marketing team, with a primary focus on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, along with canvassing support.
- This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Outside Sales Reps who generate qualified leads and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.
- You'll play a critical role in driving brand presence in local communities while building a high-performing, energetic team that thrives on connection, performance, and teamwork.
