Responsibilities
- This individual supports over 13,000 automated data processing systems and is responsible for the availability, performance, and security of server infrastructure, training systems, and endpoint management supporting four Army schools and headquarters.
Requirements
- 8 years minimum in an IT Technologist IV or equivalent position
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study
Nice to have
- Master's degree in
- 24-hour acknowledge, 48-72 hour resolution
- OR Eight (8) or more years of related experience in an IT Technologist IV position in lieu of degree
