Responsibilities
- Construction and editing of forms/documents/reports
- Design and editing of assessment materials
- Maintain professional and timely email communication with faculty, staff, and students
- Candidate must maintain professional communication and professional personal presentation across stakeholders within UNR Med (including faculty, staff, senior leadership, and students)
- Candidate must maintain communication regarding successes, challenges, and strategic decisions between team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Candidate must be enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno
- Candidate must have intermediate proficiency in clerical applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, DocuSign, Zoom, etc.
- Candidate must have the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Candidate must be proficient in proof-reading/copy-editing within an academic/professional environment
- Candidate must have the ability to work year-round (vacations permitted)

Nice to have
- Candidate has experience in an office or similar environment
- Candidate has Workday experience or similar
- Candidate has the desire to work year-round through December 2026 or May 2027, depending on graduation date
