About the role
- That means partnering directly with founders and hiring managers to bring in exceptional people across technical and business roles.
- Furthermore, it includes helping shape the systems, culture, and candidate experience that will define how we grow.
- This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across both technical and business roles. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers to build effective hiring strategies and keep processes moving with clarity and speed
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through offer
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (For e.g. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Harmonic) to build and activate candidate pipelines
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive execution and defining direction
- Own full-cycle recruiting across both technical and business roles.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across both technical and business roles
Nice to have
- Experience working with recruiting agencies and calibrating them on ideal hires
- Strong communicator who can earn trust quickly with candidates and also filter talent
