- Position Overview Woolpert is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities to identify, engage, and secure the best and brightest talent in Architecture / Buildings.
- Deliver a high-quality experience for our hiring managers and candidates by facilitating best-in-class sourcing, interview and selection, and onboarding processes.
- Execute customized recruitment strategies that will support our growth. Natural collaborator with cross-functional teams by being a subject matter expert on methodologies for sourcing highly specialized roles.
- Maintain an exceptional record of recruiting accomplishments, be proactive, and thrive in complex matrixed environments.
- Deliver high-quality service to hiring leaders by using various recruitment strategies to fill open requisitions.
- Document and maintain comprehensive notes in our Application Tracking System of skilled candidates to fill a diverse range of requisitions across multiple technical disciplines.
- Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members to help them perform their jobs effectively and build strong relationships with team members.
- Build excellent relationships with Hiring Leaders by creating customized strategies, resolving concerns, communicating effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct candidate interviews, schedule and coordinate interviews, compose and create offer letters.
