- Maintain daily cleanliness and safe conditions of facility interior and exterior grounds through all seasons
- Manage scrap and recycling of various items
- Perform "handyman" maintenance duties such as furniture and/or equipment moves, simple electrical projects, painting, repairs and employee gathering set-ups
- Work with outside vendors and contractors on building and equipment repairs
Requirements
- Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments with frequent interruptions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to attend to detail
- 1 year of experience in basic maintenance field is required

Compensation
- Manage and perform various inspections throughout the year ranging from weekly to annually
