About the role
- He/ she will supervise hourly technicians performing both quality and food safety monitoring & documentation.
- Back up to QA Manager and other QA Supervisors/ Superintendent.
- Position is accountable and responsible across all shifts for the regulatory compliance, performance, and overarching food safety of all products entering commerce.

- Duties/Activities Required by Job - Lead, direct, mentor, and train a team of hourly QA/HACCP technicians in performing duties to comply with the complex Food Safety program.
