About the role

Radiance Technologies is seeking an IT Network Administrator to join our IT team in Dayton, OH.
This position is responsible for maintaining and improving our network infrastructure, supporting end users, and helping ensure the security and reliability of our IT environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience administering enterprise networks, troubleshooting complex issues, and working with modern networking and security technologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience administering enterprise network infrastructure including switching, routing, wireless, and firewall technologies.
Experience with Fortinet, HPE Aruba, Cisco, and/or Palo Alto networking and security solutions.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, network segmentation, and access controls.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
Experience supporting Windows desktop and server operating systems.
Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 requirements.
Experience implementing cybersecurity best practices, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and secure configuration management.
Experience with security monitoring, vulnerability management, and SIEM platforms.
