About the role
- This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for overseeing all mitigation and reconstruction activities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for production staff.
- Operational Management Direct daily job scheduling, dispatch, and field operations.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop mitigation technicians, reconstruction teams, and project managers.
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain equipment readiness, warehouse organization, and fleet operations.
- Collaborate with estimating and administrative teams to support accurate scoping and billing.
- Customer & Carrier Relations Maintain strong communication with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance adjusters.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive positive reviews and repeat business.
- Can manage multiple crews, subcontractors, and projects simultaneously.
- Lead with discipline, operational rigor, and a focus on results.
- Our Restoration client is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our production operations across the Atlanta market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in restoration production or construction management.
- Ideal Candidate Profile You are a strong fit if you: Have deep experience working with TPAs and insurance carriers.

- Understand the full restoration workflow from emergency response through reconstruction.

- Required 5+ years of experience in restoration production or construction management.
- Proven experience managing mitigation and reconstruction projects.
- Strong understanding of Xactimate and insurance restoration processes.
- Experience leading technicians, crews, and subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Compensation
- $90,000 - $110,000 Performance Bonuses: $20,000 - $40,000+ Total Compensation Potential: $110,000 - $150,000+ Additional Benefits May Include: Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Performance incentives tied to production and margins Leadership opportunity in a rapidly growing operation
