About the role
- The Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting the execution and sustainment of Triangle Partnerships, with particular focus on measurement, analysis and reporting of partnership results.
- The successful candidate for this position will exhibit strong financial and business acumen, and is comfortable working on fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous projects.
- The target salary range is between $80,000.00 and $90,000.00 CAD Annual.
Responsibilities
- Develop, own and/or review economic/financial models that are used to understand the impact of different partnerships on the organization.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials used to communicate partnership results, facilitate executive decision-making, partnership status/progress and project management
- Analyze customer/member data to derive meaningful insights that support customer engagement initiatives through partnerships
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to help drive various partnership initiatives forward
- Support the development of new processes and ways of working across the portfolio of partners
- Perform research, aggregate information and gather insights by using a range of resources, including public information, internal reports and materials, and discussions with business stakeholders across the organization
- Strong judgement and communication skills in dealing with a senior audience, external partners and sensitive projects
- Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Triangle Partnerships, the Senior Consultant, Enterprise Triangle Partnerships is a high-performing and results-oriented contributor who will support CTC's expanding roster of Triangle Loyalty Partners.
- As a key project in Canadian Tire's True North transformation initiative, Triangle Partnerships serve to engage and grow Triangle Rewards membership base to deliver against CTC's customer and financial objectives.

Requirements
- High proficiency and efficiency in using PowerPoint (charting & formatting) and Excel (pivot tables, navigating/building complex financial models)
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration or related degree is preferred
Compensation
- Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 and $106,000.00 CAD Annual.
- The target salary range is between $80,000.00 and $90,000.00 CAD Annual.
- Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
