Position Summary A Penske Lead Transportation Support Services Coordinator provides day-to-day support and first point of escalation for all TSS Associates.
In addition to performing any of the tasks expected of a TSS Coordinator, they may also monitor workload levels, perform task assignments, assist management with specific needs, ongoing training of associates, and handle overflow customer issues for the Supervisor.
