Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex business and corporate strategy projects in close collaboration with a highly matrixed set of stakeholders
- Drive effective collaboration and strategic alignment across WEX businesses and functions on cross-cutting initiatives
- Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships across the company
- Adept at using the latest AI tools and techniques to drive better efficiency and strategic insights
Requirements
- A strategist with 8+ years of relevant strategy experience, 4+ years of which is in Strategy Consulting, Corporate strategy or a similar role
- An analytical problem-solver with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Possess deep financial acumen, including proficiency in building financial models [e.g. Sheets, Excel] and navigating large data sets
- Expertise in conveying complex information and recommendations via concise, clear presentations
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year institution with a strong academic track record
- Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
Nice to have
- An MBA or equivalent degree in business, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years post-MBA experience at a top Consulting firm (i.e. McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
- Experience in B2B Payments, including the economics, technologies, competitive environment, and commercial opportunities
- Expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning
Compensation
- $155,700.00 - $190,200.00
