About the role
- We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will provide individual and family therapy to clients using Telehealth, in office, or community settings.
- The therapist will also adhere to the practice standards and ethical guidelines of respective licensing Boards, Maryland COMAR Regulations, and CARF.
Responsibilities
- The therapist will monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with respect to treatment goals, complete referrals for services as needed, and maintain documentation in the practice management system.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in the state of Maryland as an LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC
- Degree in behavioral or social science or related disciplines appropriate to the position
- Knowledge of current therapeutic practices and evidence-based treatments
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Complete required trainings
- Maintain required human resources documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in the use of technology and electronic health records
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Duties and Responsibilities:

Compensation
- $60,000 - $70,000 per year
