Requirements
- Maintain caseload and keep complete, accurate, and timely case notes and related records in manual and/or electronic systems, and monitor and record job seeker participation in required activities
- Associate's degree in related field and minimum 2 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience with workload management and accountability
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
- Experience with federal, state, and local regulations related to employment and training programs including general knowledge of the workforce one-stop and partner programs and partner programs and services
- Knowledge of characteristics associated with unemployed, dislocated, and disadvantaged populations
- Current valid driver's license (with low-risk driver rating) and automobile liability insurance required
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum 4 years of experience
- Has experience in leadership, training, or supporting team and operational effectiveness
- This is an hourly (non-exempt) full-time position with a general schedule of Monday - Friday within normal operating hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, excluding company observed holidays.
- Travel requirement of up to 20% of the time within business hours.
- No weekend travel.
- This role requires residing in New Mexico.
