About the role
- Care Coordinator $17 - $22 /hour | Flexible Schedules Why Join Bond Vet?
- Our Care Coordinators provide an amazing experience to both clients and pets when they visit our clinics for care.
- You're the first and last touchpoint for our patients, so you'll use hospitality and tact to ensure our clients are welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their time at our locations.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, supportive experience for pet parents and their pets from check-in through check-out
- Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk-in coordination in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked client-facing spaces
- Support clinic operations and collaborate closely with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth client and patient experience
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the hospital team
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or other client-facing roles
Nice to have
- Veterinary industry experience preferred
- Prior experience in veterinary medicine or animal care is preferred
