Responsibilities
- Field Application & Customer Support
- Optimize performance to meet cycle time and quality targets
- Support commissioning and validation
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring clear communication and high service quality
- Develop and modify robot programs
- Deliver customer and partner training
- Support training material development
- Document activities in CRM
- Support knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
- Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (up to 75%)
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related field
Nice to have
- Structured text programming experience (C, C++, Python …)
- Experience with industrial fieldbus systems
- Multilingual (Spanish)
- Experience working with system integrators or OEMs
