Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Growth: Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned to Mimecast's growth goals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust with decision-makers by understanding pain points and business needs.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success for seamless prospect-to-onboarding experiences.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate activity, lead, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • Relationship Skills: Strong rapport-building and negotiation abilities.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or email management solutions.

Skills

  • Self‑Starter
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong rapport-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Self‑Starter Mindset: Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Hybrid Working Flexibility: This is a hybrid position located in our Lexington, MA office.
  • The US OTE range for this position is $112,000-$168,000 + benefits.
  • This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire on-target earnings for this position.
  • This position may also be eligible for other related benefits.
  • These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.

Compensation

  • The US OTE range for this position is $112,000-$168,000 + benefits.
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
