About the role

Requirements
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Previous experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.
