Requirements
- A High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
- Six (6) months' construction field experience required.
- Previous construction field experience required.
- Ability to pass drug and background screening.
- Eligible after 1 year of service, must be taken within the calendar year.
Nice to have
- One (1) year concrete finish experience preferred.

Skills
- Basic understanding of concrete mixing and curing.
- Knowledge of different types of concrete finishes and techniques.
- Knowledge of hand-held and power tools including power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools.
- All around knowledge of materials, terms, and practices in the construction field.
- Experience with reading plans and understanding tasks at hand.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.
- Work requires professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well in group problem solving situations.
- Ability to actively listen and follow instructions.
- Ability to work productively under pressure and to pay attention to the details of a project or task.
- Strong self-motivation and work ethic; ability to work with or without direct supervision.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
