About the role

  • This position serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday and plays a critical role in driving system enhancements, supporting global HR initiatives, and delivering insights through reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage business process frameworks, security roles, and system integrations
  • Manage integrations and data feeds between Workday and downstream systems
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to support HR, leadership, and business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, with strong hands-on Workday expertise
  • Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a global environment

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting global HR systems environments
  • Knowledge of Workday modules such as Advanced Reporting, People Analytics, or Integrations
  • Experience with HR compliance, data governance, and privacy requirements

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $130,000 USD
  • Generous time off including PTO, Holidays, Annual Wellness Break, Summer Fridays and Personal Days
  • Bi-annual Wellness Credits, up to $300 per year
  • The base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below.
  • The actual salary may vary based on several factors such as business requirements, job responsibilities, skills, experience, and geographical location.
  • Support and test Workday bi-annual releases, enhancements, and new functionality
