Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Assessment: Perform detailed physical exams and specialized pain assessments to identify root causes of discomfort.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in close collaboration with the supervising physician.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform or assist with interventional procedures such as joint injections (including knee, shoulder, and hip), trigger point injections, and nerve blocks.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records within the EMR system to ensure continuity of care.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in close collaboration with the supervising physician.

Requirements
- Licensure: Active Florida PA or APRN license (Required).
- Active Florida PA or APRN license (Required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Interventional Pain Management, Orthopedics, Neurology, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Certification: National board certification (PA-C, FNP, AGNP, or similar).
- Credentials: Valid DEA registration with authority to prescribe controlled substances.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, clinical judgment, and a high level of detail-orientation regarding medical documentation.

- 100% outpatient primary care clinic setting seeing patients 18+
- Monday - Friday schedule (some clinics have extended hours)
