- Job Description · Be proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook), Adobe Pro and AutoCAD and cost estimating software.
- Be capable of standing for extended periods in the heat and a variety of weather conditions.

- Proficiency with ICPR, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and WaterCAD/SewerCAD is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and 12 years' experience in civil engineering.
