About the role

- You will play a key role in shaping AI product strategy, guiding delivery teams, prioritizing use cases, and ensuring AI solutions are scalable, measurable, compliant, and aligned to business objectives.
- What You ll Do Define and execute AI product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across banking and payments platforms.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business, engineering, data science, risk, compliance, legal, and operations teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
- Support responsible AI governance, including risk management, audit readiness, model monitoring, privacy-by-design, and operational controls.
- Experience partnering with engineering, data science, analytics, design, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and security stakeholders.
- Experience implementing privacy-by-design principles, governance controls, and audit-ready AI delivery practices.
Requirements
- What We re Looking For 10+ years of experience in digital product management, technology delivery, digital transformation, or related roles within financial services or regulated industries.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, analytics, or a related field.
