About the role
- Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, currently operating real-money gaming with our brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co.
- The Product Manager is responsible for driving product initiatives within a defined product area, from problem discovery through to delivery handoff and outcome measurement.
- They are expected to be hands-on practitioners who bring analytical rigor, player empathy, and commercial awareness to every initiative.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery activities to identify, validate, and prioritize problems and opportunities within your product area
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders across the business domain
- Collaborate with Design, Data, and Engineering to ideate product solutions that address validated problems
- Initial wireframes or conceptual designs where applicable
- Contribute to and maintain the product roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy set by senior product leadership
- Partner with Data and Analytics teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and run experiments within your product area
- Use quantitative and qualitative research methods to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes
