About the role
- The Senior Director will compliment an existing spirit of collaboration, along with serving as a leader and senior fundraiser on the philanthropy team.
- Demonstrated success working within a healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital vendor(s) that builds and executes strategies to support gift planning (website, digital postings, online campaigns, etc).
- Participate on the Grateful Patient and Family Taskforce to enhance the program design to include planned and blended gifts.
- Upon approval of the VP, utilize the Blackbaud database to design and implement a planned giving program report that showcases both goals and progress of the overall gift planning program.
- By finding common ground and embracing our differences, we grow stronger together and deliver more compassionate, person-centered care.
- Additionally, this professional will supervise the Individual Giving team, ensuring that prospects and donors are engaged in ways that build the major and planned giving donor/prospect pipeline.
Requirements
- Requires bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field, with specialized training in philanthropy.

- Author a gift planning program guide for the office of philanthropy.
- Use industry leading practices to recommend a structure for gift planning goals and metrics.

Compensation
- Oversee and coach Individual Giving team to grow the donor pool and monitor processes used to move annual and mid-level donors to the major and planned gift prospect pool.
