Metrics Development: Design, refine, and implement daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the title department to ensure optimal productivity and accuracy.
Open-Minded Problem Solving: Maintain an open mind to operational adjustments, identifying gaps where team performance drops and implementing strategic coaching or minor tweaks to get metrics back on track.
While our current processes work great, you possess an open mind and are always looking for ways to optimize team output and adapt to changing volumes.

5+ years of hands-on vehicle title experience is strictly required.
You know how to motivate a team to hit numbers without sacrificing morale.
You are skilled at identifying underperformance and coaching employees up to standard.
Strong experience creating and analyzing Salesforce reports, alongside advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (specifically Google Sheets for data tracking).
Ability to work out of our Boston office 5 days a week (this is a fully in-office role).
