You'll work closely with me on the day to day hardening work, and help define where the function is headed next.

The team experiments continuously with AI and shares what we learn openly, and you'll be encouraged to build your own workflows and help shape how Jane secures AI at scale.
Partner with infrastructure enablement and product teams to embed security into the workflows they already use, making secure defaults the easiest choice rather than an additional step.
Participate in the on-call rotation and build runbook quality and post-incident reviews so the team responds faster and learns more from every incident.
It reflects the full growth journey someone might take in the role, from developing skills early on to becoming highly proficient and ultimately achieving excellence.

2 to 4 years of solid grounding in AWS security across IAM, networking, compute, and storage, with a track record of taking ownership and growing your skills.
Comfort reading and writing Terraform signals real depth here.

This role has an annual salary range of $98,400 to $147,600.
Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, which for this role represents an annual salary of $116,900.
