- JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Handle all import traffic aspects of assigned accounts efficiently and in compliance with US Customs regulations.
- Communicate with shippers, exporters, importers, and/or carriers to coordinate and expedite shipments.
Responsibilities
- Work with warehouse staff to perform regular inventory audits through cycle counts and physical inventories.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred but not required)
Skills
- Knowledge of part numbers and part usage, and understanding of applications for use.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to take and follow directions from a supervisor.
- Ability to give directions to and gain compliance from assigned staff.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to maintain good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to use computer hardware, various software programs, and technologies, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
- Required to comply with all policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow all rules of telephone courtesy in all telephone communications
- Ability to get to work on time and not abuse attendance.
