Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical design for Power Platform solutions that meet business, functional, security, and operational requirements.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, technical specifications, data models, and integration patterns.
- Design, configure, and develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, automated workflows, approval processes, and custom business solutions on the Power Platform.
- Build and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, and security models.
- Develop integrations between Power Platform and enterprise systems using connectors, custom connectors, APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services.
- Create reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI to support operational insight and executive decision-making.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, application modernization, and process transformation.
- Knowledge of identity and access concepts including Entra ID, role-based security, least privilege, and service account design.
- Access to resources, training, and mentorship to support your professional growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing Microsoft business solutions, including significant hands-on experience with the Power Platform.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, custom connectors, and integration design.
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- or any Azure or Microsoft 365 related certifications.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and emerging Microsoft automation and agent capabilities.
- Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments with formal governance, security, and change management requirements.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, DevOps pipelines, and custom application extensions.
- Experience replacing legacy forms, spreadsheets, Access databases, VBA solutions, or manual workflows with modern Power Platform solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Experience architecting enterprise-grade low-code solutions with strong attention to security, supportability, and scalability.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM), solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and environment strategies.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems.

Compensation
- At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member.The targeted base salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000 per year.
